We all have our moments, don’t we? When we need a bit of encouragement, inspiration or just a reminder that’ll help to elevate our thoughts about ourselves and our lives. It is exactly for that reason that I have decided to start a new, weekly series in which I’ll be sharing daily affirmations for chronic warriors.

What Is The Purpose Of Daily Affirmations?
Research has shown that practises like reading self affirmations, aids individuals in building up their self confidence and maintaining gratitude diaries release positive hormones and build up one’s self confidence. For more information on why gratitude diaries are so beneficial, check out the post How The Attitude Of Gratitude Benefits Your Health!
I encourage you all to take a little bit of time out to read these affirmations, everyday. Focus on one affirmation for the day, reflect on it and keep it at the centre of your mind. It helps to recite them whenever you need to – especially during those moments of struggle.
Monday: I am a strong Warrior. I will rise, no matter what.
Tuesday: I have a purpose and I will fulfil it in spite of my pain.
