Daily Affirmations For Chronic Warriors Week 2

Greetings Warriors! A new week has begun and I have prepared new affirmations to see you through this week. If you missed last week’s affirmations, you can read them here. Now as promised, here are your daily affirmations for chronic warriors for this week:

Monday: I will be good to myself today.

Tuesday: I am brave and powerful – not even my pain can stop me.

Wednesday: I have what it takes to endure and overcome adversity.  

Thursday: It’s okay for me to say no and maintain my boundaries.

Friday: I deserve to have peace and joy in my life. I won’t allow my illness to rob me of those. 

Saturday: I will achieve my goals in due time, one way or another.

Sunday: I will no longer place limitations on myself. I am limitless. 

As previously encouraged, devote some time to reading the daily affirmations, everyday. Meditate on them and let them marinate. Let them remain central to your thoughts for the day. Whenever those bad moments creep up & try to steal your peace – remind yourself of these affirmations. I hope these affirmations will aid you on your journey this week Warriors.
