Monday: It’s okay for me to step away from something, then return to it once I feel more capable.
Tuesday: I will bask in joyful moments as I encounter them today.

Allow yourself to focus and meditate on them. They can be very useful to remember whenever you experience moments of hardship, or have negative thoughts surfacing.
