Daily Affirmations For Chronic Warriors Week 3

As a new week rolls around, here is a new set of affirmations to encourage you in your individual journey. If would like to catch up with last week’s affirmations, you can read them here. So here are this week’s daily affirmations for chronic warriors – I hope they elevate your spirits Warriors:

Monday: It’s okay for me to step away from something, then return to it once I feel more capable.

Tuesday: I will bask in joyful moments as I encounter them today.

Wednesday: I am allowed to rest and recuperate – my body needs both. 

Thursday: I am learning and growing every day in this journey as a chronic warrior.

Friday: Every time that I have fallen, I have also stood back up.

Saturday: Today, I am taking everything one hour at a time.

Sunday: I will move at my own pace that suits me, not anybody else’s.

This week, spend a little time to read the affirmations for chronic warriors, everyday. Allow yourself to focus and meditate on them. They can be very useful to remember whenever you experience moments of hardship, or have negative thoughts surfacing.
